Yes, because a blood effect is all that's important about a game. Good graphics, good gameplay, and good sound don't have shit on blood.
Super Mario Bros must be a bad game because it has no blood.
Half Life 2 must not be that good because it's not drenched in blood.

I know at first I was getting really bloodthirsty like how past mortal kombats were about the gore and brutal deaths. I hold Deception as having some of the best in the series. I got ticked about the T, but after seeing the finishers in this game, they are not bad at all. They did what they could with the T and the results are ok. The gameplay does look really good as well so I am still gonna get it now after going back and forth for so long. Its toned for kids, but all should enjoy.

I fully agree. Did they forget that this is rated T FOR TEEN!? Midway is working with what they had...sure, some of the finishers suck, but it's better than nothing. You want to know why Batman isnt ripping some guys head off? Because he's BATMAN! Batman doesnt do that shit, and niether do the other heroes. These fanboys need to shut the fuck up and stop saying that the game sucks because the fatalities dont involve ripping peoplels arms off and beating them to death with said arm. idiots

oh yes i agree with that, the last 3 mk game were really bad. so not good, but i like this one, I havent liked a mortal kombat game since part 3. I love this game i thinks it is very fun, plus i dont care if its not that gorey... who cares its still fun, i love being batman he kick ass

But fuck, give it a rest already. The game is good, the graphics are impressive, the idea is unique. Be glad your fucking seeing Lui Kang fighting Superman. It's a great game! Like a mk game depends on violence for me to buy it? PSSS! In my opinion, the last three mk games have sucked!
