This isn't Racist it's just a stereotyping joke. They aren't trying to offend you. They just had time on their hands and did something like this. Like, if they made a Japanese version full of Japanese kids playing DDR or being bombed(I'm Japanese and us being bombed was needed to stop the war between Japan and US). Something that would be racist is if some American Army came in and started shooting everyone who was Chinese and startes saying the "C" word.
