    Yoko Shimomura IS doing music for Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy XIII: Versus to be exact. Look up FFXIII Versus Shimomura. You'll see her piece, Sonnus something. It's very beautiful.

    Then it's probably Yoko Shimomura. The one who did the music for the Kingdom Hearts games. Shimomura is quite good. I don't think FF fans will be too disappointed. It won't be Nobuo, but she's got amazing potential.

    Final Fantasy 6 - The one game that has the largest quality to be translated into film, yet overlooked by the likes of Street Fighter, Jean Claud Van Damme, Bob Hoskins and the Chinese guy from Great White Ninja. Sad really, but at least they never tainted this masterpiece.

    Yeah Nobuo is done with the final fantasy games. I've been following him for years...and sadly he's done. But this Yoko woman seems pretty promising as a replacement...big shoe's to fill.

    from 12 the game in itself was an ivalice game, so they needed to keep the composer consistant. As for 13+, I'm pretty sure that Square will take some expense to get him to compose their music for further fantasies.

    Wow on 2:28 to 3:30, basil peldouris style with such vigor and force. Simply amazing, FF series should be played by all as fantastic stories to be lived through. Life is all about the stories and u can see it on how a 16-bit cardride can make orchestras practice for hours. Aces.
