A timeless masterpiece, both scary because of the emptyness, and at the sametime slightly uplifting or inspiring as he sings "I will make my way through one more day..."
Its a lesson for everyone to learn, the world as a whole is indifferent, only to the individual can the meaning of life be revealed - Something that happens to everyone someday, hopefully.
And Eddie Vedder is GOD!

Mebbe simple brown boxes was a way of symbolising indifference...Its not a very graphic term, maybe the idea was to show well...the ever present indifference of life...Just a thought.
