This is a trailer with some of the highlights from the Kurt Wong Seminar in Oslo, Norway, May/June 2007. The seminar was hosted by Oslo Wu-Tan, and the focus for the training was on Chen Taiji (push hands), Babu Tanglang (8-step Praying Mantis) and Praying Mantis Willow Leaf Saber (the form Lan Men Dao).
